Trainer

Paulette is a Certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years experience in the Fitness Industry. From a young age she was a successful Dancer & Dance Instructor. But as time went on, she found her happy place became the gym. So with the love of exercise & a strong desire to help others, she decided to transfer her Dance Instructor skills across to the Fitness Industry.

After working in a number of facilities over the years, Paulette sensed peoples preference to train in a private setting. Somewhere they could learn at their own pace & not feel watched or judged by others. Somewhere they could feel supported & not just like a number in a system. So About Body Personal Training evolved.
​
Her core belief & understanding, is that to achieve results in anything, DETERMINATION, CONVICTION & CONSISTENCY must be applied. At 52 years young, she applies this very belief to her own lifestyle, training & nutrition practices every day.

Paulette continually updates her skills & knowledge. She has a current First Aid certification & a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Do you offer mobile sessions?
Mobile sessions are not available. All sessions are conducted in a private studio in Harrington Park. The studio is easily located & accessible from surrounding suburbs.
Do you offer small group training?
Small group training is not available. ABPT offers 1 on 1 PT sessions only. All sessions are 60 mins in duration (including warm up & cooldown).
Are meal plans provided?
Nutritional guidance provided is in line with the current Fitness Industry / Fitness professional code of practice. If weight management is one of your goals, you will be kept accountable, however written / customised meal plans are not provided.
What are my payment options?
There are no lock in contracts. Cash & card payments are accepted. Card payments are preferred. No cash kept onsite - exact amount requred if paying by cash.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Minimum 12 hrs notice of cancellation is requested. Cancellation fees are not charged, however repeated late notice for non-attendance will forfeit regular session time slots.
